If I haven’t said it before, Catholic Charities has been one of my favorite Pittsburgh non-profits. Everyone I’ve interacted with has such a humble nature surrounding their events. The staff isn’t as worried, but excited to meet new people outside of the day to day. They’re surprisingly genuine too. They tell stories about the people they help, not marketing pitches.
The Saint Nick Soiree packed Hotel Monaco with young professionals looking to network while supporting a good cause. Radio Tokyo performed for the first annual fundraiser. Overall, this event was a warm surprise at the beginning of a Pittsburgh winter.
