The Barbara Daly Danko Political Forum hosted John Fetterman,
Katie McGinty, and Joe Sestak for a debate. The three candidates attempt to woo over the Carnegie Mellon University audience of politicos and students alike. Each candidate played towards their strengths.
John Fetterman, recently rested from a 36 hour campaign tour including his Fundraiser the night before, leveraged his plain spoken manner and tackled the issues of climate change, aging infrastructure, the military industrial complex. To the opposite side of the spectrum, Joe Sestak, a retired three star admiral spoke of the traditional commitments to the military. Lastly, Katie McGinty grounded herself in redevelopment of the Pennsylvania. No surprises here.
